If you are ordering from outside the United States PLEASE contact me before ordering for the correct shipping amount. The PayPal cart is only set up to charge correct shipping in the United States. International shipping is usually quite a bit more than within the United States. For instance, a customer in Germany recently (without clicking the "ordering and shipping" link at the left of this page) placed an order through the PayPal cart which charged him $10.00 for shipping. Shipping for this order was actually $36.00 and I ended up paying $26.00 of it.
And PLEASE understand that Stone Mill Models is a one man operation. I do everything from design the kits to shipping them and I'm often a bit behind on orders. This is not Walmart with a vast inventory of plastic junk from China where I can just simply take a model down from the shelf and send it to you the minute you order it.
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 to 10 days. If you feel you've been waiting too long for your order and have not heard from me PLEASE email me before filing a claim with PayPal and locking up my account. Thank you.
