Interior measures 25 1/2 x 12 scale feet.

Doorway measures 9 feet across x 14 feet to top of arch.

Footprint of brick structure alone measures 16 x 28 feet. The included wood shop is optional and adds an additional 10 feet to the length.

Kit is mostly resin with a little bit of wood.
