Building has a sub-level floor 3 feet beneath ground level. This means it will need to be sunk 3/4" into scenery base. If this is not an option you'll need to cut 3/4" off the bottom of the wall castings. You could also leave the building as is without cutting castings or sinking into scenery base and build stairs and a loading dock up to the doors. There are a lot of possibilities with this kit and it's odd angles give it quite a bit of character.
Building consists of 1/4" thick hydrocal wall castings with resin and styrene details. Building fits in a 9 1/2" x 6" area. Please check the assembly instructions.
